This is a translation of our Swedish terms, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Swedish version applies.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is made with Klarna or Swish. We reserve the right to correct sold-out items and any pricing or typographical errors.
We ship from Stockholm. You choose your delivery method at checkout and receive a tracking link when your pair ships. If a delivery is badly delayed, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
As a consumer you have the right, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email orders@ubilam.co within the withdrawal period to cancel your purchase, and return the shoes within 14 days of notifying us.
You may try the shoes on as you would in a shop. If they have been worn or handled beyond that, we may deduct for the reduction in value.
You pay the return shipping. For convenience we send a prepaid return label at our discounted shipping rate, and the cost of the return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Once we've received and checked the returned shoes, we refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method you used. The refund covers the price of the goods and the original standard shipping you paid, minus the return shipping above (and any deduction for reduction in value). If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option, only the cost of the standard option is refunded.

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, that's a complaint rather than a withdrawal — in that case we cover the full return shipping and you get a full refund or a replacement. The right to complain runs for 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
We use necessary cookies to make the site work: ubilam_lang (your language) and ubilam_consent (the choice you made below). They last up to a year, are only set once you have made the choice yourself, and do not require consent.
Statistics and marketing cookies are set only if you have agreed to them, and do not load at all before that. We also count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, and therefore does not require consent — it cannot recognise you, here or anywhere else. At checkout, Klarna loads its own cookies to process the payment — those are necessary for the purchase.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings at the foot of the page.
We process your personal data to handle your order, in accordance with the GDPR. We only share data with the parties required for the purchase (payment and shipping providers). You have the right to access, correct and erase your data — email orders@ubilam.co.
In a dispute we can't resolve together, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
