We keep your name, address, email, phone number, what you ordered and how you paid. We need it to make, ship and charge for your pair and to handle exchanges, returns and complaints. The legal basis is our contract with you.
Receipts and accounting records are kept for seven years, as Swedish bookkeeping law requires. Other order details are kept for three years from the purchase, as long as you can make a complaint.
If you sign up we keep your email address and language, and the last, size and colour if you give them. We only use them to email you about UBILAM. The legal basis is your consent.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email, and you will get no more. If you want the address deleted completely, email us.
We send email through SendGrid. Our emails contain a small image that shows whether they were opened, so we can see that they arrive. In newsletters we may also see whether a link was clicked. Links in order confirmations and shipping notices are not tracked.
Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores the database and SendGrid (Twilio) sends our email. They process the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
Payment happens at Klarna or through Swish, who are responsible for their own data, such as Klarna's credit check. Shipping is booked through Fraktjakt with the carrier you choose at checkout, PostNord, DHL or DSV, who receive your name, address and contact details to deliver.
Some of these providers are American. Where data is processed outside the EU, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We never sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and cannot recognise you. Cookies are covered in the terms.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can always withdraw a consent. Email orders@ubilam.co and we will answer within a month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
